RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
For the holiday season, items bought between November 1 and December 25, are eligible for returns until January 31, 2026
We are happy to accept items returned to us within 30 days, in resalable condition. We will refund your payment method for the order, once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after that date will be eligible for an exchange/credit.
Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of E.R. Fisher Ltd., and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.
Items must be returned to us in re-sellable condition. We can not refund or exchange any personalized items. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. E.R. Fisher Limited reserves the right to refuse a return.
