The Conversation
Every custom garment begins with a conversation. Whether you reach out by phone or email, we’ll typically recommend an initial appointment where we can learn more about your needs, your event, and your personal style.
During this meeting, we’ll introduce you to our Canadian made-to-measure program, discuss the differences between our manufacturing partners, and guide you through an extensive collection of fabrics and design options. Our goal is to help you select a cloth that not only suits the occasion but also complements how you’ll wear it long after the event has passed.
For wedding clients, we often encourage involving your partner in the process—unless, of course, you’re planning a surprise.
Designing Your Garment
Crafted in Canada
Your order is then submitted to one of our Canadian manufacturing partners, where your garment is individually produced to your specifications.
Production timelines typically range from three-and-a-half to five weeks, depending on the season and the complexity of the order.
The First Fitting
Once your garment arrives, you’ll return for a fitting appointment. This is where the process truly comes to life.
We’ll assess the fit while the garment is on you and make any refinements necessary to ensure the final result meets our standards. At this stage, we’ll also review coordinating accessories and finishing touches to help complete the overall look in a thoughtful and cohesive way.
The Finishing Details
Many final adjustments are completed in our fully equipped on-site tailoring shop, allowing us to maintain both quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Some clients require only minor refinements, while others may benefit from an additional fitting. Either way, we take the time to ensure every detail is exactly as it should be before delivery.
